Helio Micro Utility, Inc. (Helio mU), is a wholly owned subsidiary of the HelioGroup. The company provides independent financing and development of renewable energy systems for The HelioGroup portfolio of companies including HelioPower and HelioEMS, and their integration partners. Helio mU utilizes innovative financing vehicles and risk mitigation techniques including The Helio Green Energy Plan™ to ensure the adoption of energy management and distributed generation systems for commercial, residential and public sector projects.

President & CEO
Maurice "Mo" Rousso engineered and installed his first solar energy project in 1975. A true industry veteran, Mr. Rousso founded HelioPower in 2001, a leading solar power integration firm based in California, and served as the company's CEO. Being a serial entrepreneur with the start-up of four companies under his belt, Mo is excited to start-up and grow Helio mU.
Tim Choate
HmU Director and Chief Marketing Officer
Tim began his online career at Prodigy, an early consumer online service, where he developed the first bundling programs of online services with computers, software and modems. He then moved on to Softdisk Publishing, a software subscription company, where he conceived and developed the first online store selling software via digital download.

For Helio mU, Gregory Rosen is responsible for securing and managing the financing of residential, commercial and public sector photovoltaic projects.
Tom Millhoff
Vice President of Business Development
Tom Millhoff is a Silicon Valley native with 22 years of experience growing businesses for service and technology-based ventures. As Vice President of Business Development for Helio Micro Utility, the green power pioneer selling solar energy without the upfront cost of panels, he is opening commercial and large scale client markets for the company statewide.
