Steve Huang

Steve Huang is responsible for Helio Micro Utility's (Helio mU) supply chain relationships, sourcing and logistics. These responsibilities result in the Investment Grade™ solar energy systems that Helio mU provides for consumers and investors nationwide. Steve qualifies in field solar contractor partners (Value Added Resellers, VARS) and ensures that all installations meet or exceed industry standards. Steve also serves as Helio mU's General Counsel for legal matters.

As a veteran of the solar industry, Steve was the Territory Manager of Northwest America for Schuco USA, LP, a multinational leader in solar energy systems. In this capacity, Steve built a multi-million dollar business within a matter of months by creating and servicing Schuco's VAR channel in Northwest America.

Prior to Schuco, he was the Associate Director of Reseller Channels at the Solar Energy Solutions Group of Sharp Electronics (Sharp), one of the world's largest solar photovoltaic manufacturers. In this capacity, Steve helped Sharp capture and retain the industry's top market share during each of the years that he was with the company. At each company, Steve leveraged his past experience as a corporate litigation attorney to also assist with legal matters.

Mr. Huang holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Illinois, a J.D. from the Tulane University School of Law and an MBA from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. Mr. Huang is a member in good standing with the State Bars of Illinois, New York and New Jersey.
