Maurice "Mo" Rousso engineered and installed his first solar energy project in 1975. A true industry veteran, Mr. Rousso founded HelioPower in 2001, a leading solar power integration firm based in California, and served as the company's CEO.

Ty Jagerson brings more than 15 years of renewable energy, technology development and venture funding experience to Helio Micro Utility.  Most recently he was CEO and founder of Simple Energies, LLC, a developer of integrated clean energy projects. Prior to acquisition by Helio Micro Utility, Simple Energies had successfully financed over 40 MW of renewables projects, and built a portfolio of 100 MW of projects in the U.S., Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Steve Huang is responsible for Helio Micro Utility's (Helio mU) supply chain relationships, sourcing and logistics. These responsibilities result in the Investment Grade™ solar energy systems that Helio mU provides for consumers and investors nationwide.

Tom Millhoff is a Silicon Valley native with 22 years of experience growing businesses for service and technology-based ventures. As Vice President of Business Development for Helio Micro Utility, the green power pioneer selling solar energy without the upfront cost of panels, he is opening commercial and large scale client markets for the company statewide.

Glenna is a senior marketing and public relations executive; a creative professional with proven business building skills in a range of industry sectors, with a special focus on "green" initiatives.
 

To the task of clean energy solar financing at Helio mU, Sue Sparks brings to bear a track record responsible for $9 billion in successful structured finance transactions.  Over her 30-year structured finance career, she has worked with some of the most respected names in banking and financial markets, delivering on a wide variety of objectives related to asset based financing. 

Ian Rogoff is Executive Chairman of the Board of Helio Micro Utility. He is an active angel investor in software and renewable energy fields, serving as Co-Founder and General Partner at Sierra Nevada Partners, an investment management company established to buy and grow sustainable businesses located in the Western U.S.
